Cancellation Policy

The following terms apply when you book a consultation with us:

(a)Booking a consultation. You can book a consultation with one of our practitioners by calling or emailing us, booking via our website and social media platforms, or booking in person while attending our online clinic. Consultations are available over Zoom call (always for initial appointment) or via phone and by any other means agreed by us and you.

(b)Fees. First time clients’ appointments must be paid for in advance or if you are booking via the online booking link all consults are paid for in advanced.

(c)Cancellation by you. We understand things come up and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation. Cancellation of consultations made with less than the Minimum Notice of 24 hours, or failure to attend a scheduled Consultation, will result in a charge of 50% of the missed appointment Fee. To cancel or reschedule you must notify the clinic by emailing nataliehumenaturopath@outlook.com.

(d)Cancellations by us. If we are unable to attend a consultation, we will notify you inwriting. We will refund any monies paid upfront by you for the consultation. We are not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the cancellation.
